General color suggestions based on eye color:

• Blue eyes rust, coral, peach or grayish colors will look great. 
• Green eyes greens, purples, apricots, plums
• Hazel (golden amber) eyes  greens, deep purples, pinks, and warm purples, plums
• Brown Eyes being dark and a blend of many colors have the privilege of being able to use practically any eye shadow color.
